Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Management
Develop, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns for
Google Ads, Meta Ads
, and other ad platforms.
Perform daily account checks, track performance metrics, and adjust bids for better results.
2. Strategy Development
Plan and implement effective paid media strategies to boost visibility and traffic.
Conduct A/B testing, refine keywords, creatives, and bidding strategies.
3. Analysis & Reporting
Analyze campaign data and provide insights to improve ROI.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and revenue impact.
4. Budget Management
Allocate and manage campaign budgets efficiently.
Monitor spending and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to develop creatives and landing pages.
Coordinate with the SEO team to ensure paid and organic strategies align.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business, or relevant field
.
Minimum 6 months-2 years experience
in performance marketing (Google Ads + Meta Ads mandatory).
Proven experience managing large-scale and multi-vertical campaigns.
Skills Required
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
Proficiency in
Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics
.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and market research.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong command of
MS Excel & PowerPoint
.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Google Ads Certification & Meta Certification preferred.
Experience with bid management tools is a plus.
