Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute
Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
and
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
campaigns.
Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for best results (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad copies and visuals.
Track and report campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and platform dashboards.
Manage ad budgets efficiently and ensure optimal spend allocation.
Identify new trends and opportunities in digital marketing to improve campaign performance.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights to the team/clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of proven experience in performance marketing.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
Experience with tools like Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or other reporting tools (preferred).
Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
