Key Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and manage paid campaigns on
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms
.
Develop and optimize
performance funnels
for lead generation and sales conversion.
Conduct regular keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to maximize campaign efficiency.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ensuring achievement of
KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
.
A/B test creatives, ad placements, and landing pages to improve results.
Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce effective ad creatives and landing pages.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
Work on
retargeting, remarketing, and lead nurturing strategies
to maximize ROI.
Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.
Manage budgets and ensure campaigns deliver optimal results within allocated spend.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience (1-3 years) in
performance marketing / digital marketing
with a focus on paid campaigns.
Strong knowledge of
Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other PPC platforms
.
Familiarity with tools such as
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and CRM platforms
.
Analytical mindset with strong
data interpretation and problem-solving skills
.
Experience in conversion tracking, pixel setup, and event tracking.
Good understanding of
SEO, funnels, and customer journey optimization
.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
