Plan, execute, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Optimize campaigns for key metrics including CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance on a daily/weekly basis using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other dashboards.
Prepare detailed performance reports and suggest actionable improvements.
Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, ad platforms, and algorithms.
Assist in budget planning and ensure efficient spending to achieve desired results.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.
Basic knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and email marketing is a plus.
Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
