Plan, launch & optimize
Google Search, Display & YouTube Ads
Manage
Facebook & Instagram paid campaigns
Perform keyword research & audience targeting
Optimize campaigns for
Leads, Sales & ROAS
Track conversions using
Google Analytics, Pixel & GTM
Daily performance monitoring & scaling winning campaigns
Create ad strategy & funnel structure
Coordinate with creative & landing page teams
Prepare weekly & monthly reports
Reduce CPL & improve ROI continuously
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in
Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
Knowledge of
Conversion Tracking, GA4, GTM, Pixel Setup
Understanding of sales funnel & landing page optimization
Data-driven optimization mindset
Good communication & reporting skills
Experience handling ?50K+ monthly ad budgets preferred
Eligibility:
1+ year proven paid ads experience
Agency experience preferred
Stable internet & laptop mandatory
