Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across
Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms
.
Drive measurable outcomes in terms of
lead generation, sales, app installs, or sign-ups
, depending on business goals.
Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rates).
Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve conversions.
Manage campaign budgets effectively and maximize ROI.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in
Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing

Hands-on expertise with
Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms

Strong understanding of
SEO, SEM, retargeting, display advertising, and programmatic buying
