Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on
Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other platforms
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
Manage ad budgets, bids, and daily spend effectively
Set up and track conversions using
Google Analytics, pixels, and tracking tools
Create and test ad copies, creatives, and landing page strategies
Prepare performance reports and share insights with the team
Stay updated with trends, tools, and platform policy changes
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in
Performance Marketing / PPC / Paid Advertising
Strong knowledge of
Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
Understanding of digital marketing funnels and conversion tracking
Good communication and time-management skills
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Google Ads certification
Experience with lead generation or eCommerce campaigns
Basic knowledge of SEO, CRO, or landing page optimization
