Performance Marketing Executive (1 Year Experience - Agency Role | Google Ads & Meta Ads)
About the Role
We are a growing digital marketing agency looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 1 year of agency or client-handling experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with multiple clients, managing diverse industries, and optimizing campaigns for measurable growth and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for multiple clients across different industries.
Handle end-to-end campaign execution -- from setup to optimization and reporting.
Monitor daily performance, budgets, and pacing to ensure client KPIs are met.
Analyze key performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and funnel drop-offs.
Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis for client accounts.
Coordinate with creative, content, and design teams to improve ad creatives and messaging.
Maintain proper ad account structure, naming conventions, and tracking implementations (Meta Pixel, CAPI, Google Tag, GA4).
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for clients.
Perform account audits, QA checks, and ensure policy compliance across platforms.
Support senior team members in scaling high-performing campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1 year of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
Practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads dashboards.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data.
Experience using Google Sheets / Excel for reporting and optimization.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
High attention to detail and strong execution skills.
Good communication skills for internal coordination and basic client interactions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency setup.
Good to Have
Experience running lead generation, e-commerce, or local business campaigns.
Familiarity with GA4, conversion tracking, UTMs.
Exposure to other ad platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Twitter/X Ads) is a plus.
Basic understanding of landing page optimization and CRM.
