Role Overview:



We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize online campaigns to engage customers, generate leads, and boost retention. This role involves running automated campaigns, managing communication across channels, and using data insights to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Campaign Planning & Execution

Plan and run digital campaigns across WhatsApp, email, SMS, and social media.

Develop targeted campaigns for:

New lead acquisition & onboarding

Repeat purchases & upsell offers

Subscription renewals and follow-ups

Feedback collection & loyalty building

Ensure timely execution and tracking of campaign performance.

Customer Journey & Engagement

Design communication flows tailored to customer behavior and preferences.

Coordinate with sales, delivery, and customer service teams to ensure a smooth experience.

Maintain brand consistency across all channels.

Lead Generation & Nurturing

Track and engage inbound leads through chat, messaging, and email.

Implement follow-up strategies to convert prospects into paying customers.

Share lead insights with the sales team for better targeting.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

Monitor metrics like open rate, click rate, engagement rate, and conversions.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.

Conduct A/B testing to improve messaging, creatives, and timing.

Qualifications & Skills Required:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.

2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a D2C or FMCG brand.

Strong knowledge of WhatsApp marketing, email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, SendGrid), and marketing automation tools (MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage).

Proficiency in content creation, campaign planning, and data-driven decision-making.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.

Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across teams.

Preferred Attributes:

Prior experience in e-commerce, consumer tech, or FMCG sectors.

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
