Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle - from strategy, setup, tracking, to reporting. Monitor KPIs, analyse campaign performance, and recommend improvements to maximise ROI. Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates. Collaborate with the design and content team to create high-performing ad creatives. Stay updated with industry trends, platform changes, and new tools to keep campaigns competitive. Prepare and present regular performance reports to management and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-5 years of proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising. Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Meta Ads, and other paid channels. Strong knowledge of campaign tracking, attribution, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.). Proficiency in budget management, bid strategies, and ROI optimisation. Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability. Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms. Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimisation. Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint will be an added advantage.
