Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute
performance marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
Drive traffic and conversions
to both the physical showroom and online platforms (website or WhatsApp commerce).
Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives specific to jewellery segments (Gold, Diamond, Bridal, etc.).
Set up and manage
retargeting campaigns
to engage potential customers who visited the showroom or interacted online.
Track and analyze
key performance indicators (KPIs)
such as CTR, ROAS, CPA, CPL, and showroom footfall conversion.
Perform
A/B testing
for ads and landing pages to optimize conversion rates.
Monitor competitor activities and trends in the jewellery or luxury retail space.
Coordinate with the showroom team to align promotional campaigns with festive or wedding seasons.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and present insights for improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2-4 years of hands-on experience in
performance marketing
, preferably in retail, fashion, or luxury segments.
Strong knowledge of
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM
principles.
Familiarity with jewellery buying behaviour and regional market preferences is a plus.
Ability to work with data and draw actionable insights.
Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Creative thinking with a strong eye for visuals and storytelling.
Preferred Skills:
Experience running geo-targeted campaigns to attract local audiences.
Knowledge of regional languages for targeting diverse customer bases.
Strong understanding of showroom sales dynamics and customer journey.
