Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's is a plus.
? Proven track record of at least 5 years in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing, preferably in the coworking, Business center, or related industries.
? Strong experience in managing and optimizing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
? Proficiency in data analytics and tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, SEO, SEM, Email & Digital Marketing, Wordpress etc.
? Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to mentor and develop team members.
? Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into action able marketing strategies.
? Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
