Job Description

Strategy Development:

? Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy aligned with business objectives to drive leads, conversions, and revenue growth.

? Identify target audiences, segments, and key channels for maximum impact.

Campaign Management:

? Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEM, SEO, social media, display advertising, email marketing, and more.

? Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and KPIs. Budget Management:

? Manage and allocate the performance marketing budget effectively to achieve desired outcomes and goals.

? Monitor spending, track expenses, and provide regular reports on budget utilization and performance. Data Analytics and Insights:

? Utilize data analytics tools to derive actionable insights from campaign performance, user behavior, and market trends.

Team Leadership:

? Lead and mentor a team of performance marketers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

? Provide guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations to team members.

Collaboration:

? Work closely with the creative, content, and sales teams to ensure alignment in marketing messages and brand consistency.

? Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance campaign execution and performance.

Innovation and Experimentation:

? Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate innovative strategies into the marketing plan.

? Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to refine marketing approaches and tactics.

Reporting:

? Generate regular and comprehensive performance reports, show casing campaign results, key metrics, and actionable recommendations to senior management.

Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's is a plus.

? Proven track record of at least 5 years in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing, preferably in the coworking, Business center, or related industries.

? Strong experience in managing and optimizing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.

? Proficiency in data analytics and tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, SEO, SEM, Email & Digital Marketing, Wordpress etc.

? Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to mentor and develop team members.

? Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into action able marketing strategies.

? Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

? Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of marketing trends.

? Proficient in CRM systems, Hubspot.
