About the Role

Sakar IAS Academy is hiring an experienced and result-oriented

Performance Marketing Executive

to manage and grow the digital presence of our group of three companies in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in

Performance Marketing, SEO, and Social Media Marketing (SMM)

, with a focus on generating qualified leads and improving online visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across

Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn

. Develop and implement

SEO strategies

(on-page, off-page, and technical) to boost website ranking and organic traffic. Manage

social media marketing

(SMM) campaigns -- including content planning, engagement tracking, and follower growth. Analyze and report campaign performance across all digital channels. Research target audiences, keywords, and competitive trends to improve ad and SEO performance. Optimize landing pages and ad creatives to maximize conversions. Handle remarketing and lead nurturing campaigns for better ROI. Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review. Manage digital marketing activities for

all three group companies

under one coordinated strategy.

Requirements

1-5 years of proven experience in

Performance Marketing, SEO, and SMM

. Strong knowledge of

Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Search Console

. Proficiency in

keyword research, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.), and content optimization

. Experience with

social media growth strategies

and engagement analytics. Excellent analytical and reporting skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously. Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

Certification in

Google Ads

SEO

, or

Social Media Marketing

. Experience in the

education or training sector

is an advantage. Familiarity with

CRM and marketing automation tools

like Zoho, HubSpot, or Meriito.
