Must-Have Requirements

3-5 years of hands-on experience in

performance marketing / growth marketing

Strong knowledge of platforms:

Google Ads, Meta Ads (conversion & lead gen), YouTube Ads, LinkedIn

Funnel optimization, automation workflows, and familiarity with

AI tools

Proficiency in

GA4, email marketing

content strategy

Fluent in English & Tamil Advanced

Excel

skills for campaign reporting and performance analysis Highly trainable, detail-oriented, and performance-driven Preferably with experience in

EdTech

or startup environments

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn Manage lead generation funnels and improve performance metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS) Analyze campaign data and tweak strategies based on performance Create and manage email marketing and outbound campaigns Collaborate with content and design teams to build effective marketing assets Boost brand visibility and digital footprint Stay updated with trends in digital marketing, platforms, and automation tools
