Job Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google. You'll drive lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness, while analyzing campaign performance to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across multiple objectives Monitor campaign performance and ensure KPIs are met Manage ad creatives, targeting, audience segmentation, and A/B testing Analyze data and prepare performance reports Coordinate with creative/content teams to improve campaigns

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in Meta & Google Ads Understanding of CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, funnels, and attribution Experience with remarketing, custom audiences, and pixel setup is a plus Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
