We are looking for a

Performance Marketing Executive

with proven expertise in

Sales Ads and Lead Generation campaigns

. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing

Google Ads & Meta Ads

to drive

qualified leads, conversions, and revenue growth

. The ideal candidate must be data-driven and skilled at achieving

ROI, ROAS, and CPL targets

.

Key Responsibilities:



Run and optimize

sales-driven ad campaigns

across

Google Ads and Facebook Ads

. Plan and execute

lead generation campaigns (CPL, CPA, ROI-focused)

. Optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels to maximize

lead quality and conversions

. Conduct

audience segmentation, keyword research, and A/B testing

for better targeting. Track and report key metrics:

Leads, Conversions, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS

. Use

Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio

for campaign analysis. Collaborate with sales and content teams to align campaigns with business goals.

Skills & Qualifications:



1-4 years of experience in

Performance Marketing / Lead Generation

. Strong knowledge of

PPC, Sales Ads, SEM, Display Ads, Retargeting, CRO

. Hands-on experience with

Google Ads & Meta Ads.

Expertise in

conversion tracking, lead funnels, and ROI optimization

. Google Ads/Meta Ads certification preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
