Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
market research
to identify target audiences, competitors, and growth opportunities
Plan, create, manage, and optimize
Google Ads & Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
Drive
direct sales through paid ad campaigns
with a focus on ROAS and conversions
Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights
Perform A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages
Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize performance and ROI
Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives and messaging
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in
Google Ads and Meta Ads
Strong knowledge of
e-commerce funnels
, conversions, and tracking
Hands-on experience in running
sales-focused ad campaigns
Understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
