Performance Marketer

to manage Meta Ads and Google Ads for multiple brands.

Job Summary

We are hiring a

Performance Marketer

who can plan, execute, and optimize

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

and

Google Ads

campaigns. The ideal candidate must be analytical, ROI-focused, and experienced in lead generation and e-commerce ads.

Key Responsibilities:

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Create and manage

lead generation

, traffic, engagement, and conversion campaigns Setup targeting, custom audiences, lookalike audiences Monitor campaign performance, cost per lead, and optimize ads daily Prepare ad copies, coordinate creatives with the content/graphics team

Google Ads

Create and manage

Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max

campaigns Keyword research, ad copy creation, bidding strategies Optimize CPC, quality score, conversions, and landing page relevance Track ROAS for e-commerce campaigns

Analytics & Reporting

Daily/weekly campaign performance tracking Create reports from Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager Identify trends and insights to improve campaign results Suggest budget allocation based on performance

Coordination & Strategy

Work closely with content, graphics, and website teams Suggest new strategies for lead generation & brand visibility Competitor analysis and benchmarking

Skills Required

Strong command over

Meta Ads Manager

Hands-on experience with

Google Ads

Understanding of CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and funnel optimization Knowledge of tracking:

UTMs, GA4, GTM

Strong analytical skills and Excel/Sheets knowledge Good communication skills

Qualifications

Graduate in any stream (Preferred: Marketing, IT, BBA, MBA)

1-3 years of experience

in performance marketing Experience in agency environment is a plus
