Performance Marketing Executive,
who can turn ideas into visually compelling stories.
This role requires a mix of
analytical thinking, creativity, and hands-on campaign execution
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Develop and manage PPC, display, remarketing, and conversion campaigns.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copy optimization.
Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, etc.).
Analyze performance data and prepare actionable reports for internal and client review.
Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure creatives align with campaign objectives.
Implement A/B testing strategies for creatives, landing pages, and audience sets.
Manage campaign budgets, and ensure efficient utilization for maximum ROI.
Stay updated on industry trends, ad policies, and platform algorithm updates.
Support senior marketers in client communication and strategy presentations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1-2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media campaigns (agency experience preferred).
We need someone who has previously run the ads of business coaches or consultancy professionals and webinars.
Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
Analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Strong understanding of funnel marketing, audience behavior, and ad attribution.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Manage campaign budgets, and ensure efficient utilization for maximum ROI.
Good to Have
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot.
Experience in LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, or Programmatic Platforms.
Familiarity with automation tools.
Knowledge of SEO and CRO fundamentals.
