Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive (Meta and google ads) with strong expertise in Meta (Facebook & Instagram)and Google Ads. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in managing high-budget campaigns, creating and optimizing ads, and coordinating effectively with creative and content teams to deliver measurable growth in brand visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads(Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Remarketing). Manage and optimize campaigns with monthly budgets of ?10 lakh or more to achieve maximum ROI and brand visibility. Develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives and marketing goals. Analyze campaign data, track performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.), and prepare detailed performance reports. Collaborate with the creative and content teams to conceptualize and deliver engaging ad creatives, copy, and visuals. Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to drive performance improvements. Ensure consistency of messaging and brand tone across all digital campaigns. Stay up to date with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing. Provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization and budget allocation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-5 years of proven experience in paid advertising on Meta and Google platforms. Prior experience in the beauty, clean beauty, personal care, or D2C e-commerce industry is mandatory. Demonstrated ability to manage and scale campaigns with ?10 lakh+ monthly budgets. Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel. Excellent coordination, project management, and communication skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
