We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented
PPC Marketing Executive
(or a high-potential Intern) to join our digital marketing team. You will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and optimization of paid search and social campaigns. The ideal candidate has a foundational understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads, a passion for data analysis, and the ability to write compelling ad copy that converts.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management:
Assist in setting up and managing paid campaigns across platforms including Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta Ads.
Keyword Research:
Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-intent search terms and build comprehensive negative keyword lists.
Ad Copywriting:
Draft engaging headlines and descriptions for text ads, and collaborate with the creative team for visual ad assets.
Monitoring & Optimization:
Track daily spend and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate) to ensure campaigns stay within budget and meet ROI goals.
A/B Testing:
Help design and execute split tests for ad copy and landing pages to improve Quality Score and user experience.
Reporting:
Assist in preparing weekly/monthly performance reports using Google Analytics and Excel to provide actionable insights.
Trend Tracking:
Stay updated with the latest trends in SEM, platform updates, and competitor strategies.
Requirements & Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mathematics, or a related field.
Technical Knowledge:
Basic to intermediate hands-on experience with
Google Ads Manager
and
Facebook Ads Manager
.
Analytical Mindset:
Proficiency in
MS Excel
(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) is essential for data manipulation.
Certifications:
Google Ads Search/Display or HubSpot certifications are highly preferred.
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for ad copywriting and internal reporting.

(7/10 or above) across core campaigns.
Demonstrating a steady improvement in
ROAS
(Return on Ad Spend) through iterative testing.
Efficient budget management with minimal overspend or underspend.
