We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with prior experience working with premium, higher-end fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle brands, ideally within an ecommerce or DTC environment. The role requires someone who is highly experienced in hands-on ad buying and campaign execution.

They are a growing advanced contemporary jewellery brand known for quality craftsmanship, timeless design, and a modern approach to everyday wear. As they continue to scale their digital presence and ecommerce performance, we are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to support and accelerate our growth. This role will work closely with the Head of Digital and the wider team to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and revenue across all digital channels.
Role Overview
The Performance Marketing personnel will be responsible for managing, analysing, and optimizing all paid and performance-led marketing activity. This includes paid social, paid search, retargeting, affiliates, CRM performance, and ongoing conversion optimization across the website. This person will be data-led, commercially astute, and able to deliver measurable impact in a fast-moving environment.
You will also collaborate with the brand, content, and ecommerce teams to ensure campaigns are aligned, effective, and reflective of our brand values.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media & Customer Acquisition
Manage, optimize, and scale paid social and paid search campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok
Drive customer acquisition through targeted, data-led performance strategies
Execute always-on activity alongside seasonal and campaign-led pushes
Lead audience segmentation, testing, and experimentation to improve ROAS and efficiency
Analytics & Performance Optimization
Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance across all channels
Produce clear insights and actionable recommendations to improve results
Lead A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and creative variations
Own attribution modelling and performance reporting
Ecommerce Growth & CRO
Work with the Head of Digital to optimize the full digital funnel
Identify opportunities to improve UX, product merchandising, and customer journeys
Oversee landing page optimization in collaboration with internal teams or agencies
Support SEO initiatives that align with broader acquisition and growth goals
Retention & CRM Support
Support lifecycle and retention strategies using performance insights
Collaborate on email and SMS segmentation to improve customer lifetime value
Analyze CRM performance and feed insights back into paid and audience strategies
Affiliate Marketing (Rakuten)
Manage day-to-day recruitment and relationships for the Rakuten affiliate programme
Update and maintain text links, banners, and creative assets in line with campaigns and launches
Monitor affiliate and sub-publisher activity to ensure brand and quality compliance
Manage commission structures and promotional offers where appropriate
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with brand and creative teams to brief, test, and optimize performance assets
Partner with merchandising and operations teams to support launches and stock considerations
Support occasional out-of-hours social media posting when required
Skills & Experience
5+ years' experience in performance marketing, ideally within ecommerce or DTC environments
Proven experience working with UK-based companies and UK clients
Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and tracking tools
Experience managing budgets efficiently and reporting against ROI targets
Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions
Hands-on experience with analytics platforms such as GA4 and Shopify analytics
Familiarity with CRO tools and CRM/email platforms (e.g. Klaviyo)
Creative mindset with a strong understanding of performance-led content
Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote setup
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
