and understands the nuances of selling accessories online--AOV, CAC, creative angles, RoAS management, and rapid experimentation.
You will own end-to-end execution on Meta & Google Ads, drive growth, and collaborate closely with the founder, UGC creators, and the content team.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management
Plan, set up, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and relevant digital platforms.
Manage full-funnel performance (TOF, MOF, BOF) with a strong focus on scaling profitably.
Continuously A/B test creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages.
Monitor budgets, ROAS, CAC, and other core KPIs on a daily basis.
Creative & Content Collaboration
Brief UGC creators and the in-house content team for rapid creative testing.
Identify winning hooks, formats, and angles specifically for jewellery (sizing, styling, waterproof demos, stack combinations, lifestyle vs product shots).
Build weekly performance reports with insights for the creative team.
Analytics & Strategy
Analyse campaign data and suggest actionable strategies to scale while maintaining efficiency.
Build weekly and monthly performance dashboards.
Conduct competitor benchmarking within the jewellery/beauty/fashion D2C space.
Optimise campaigns based on real-time metrics (clicks, CPC, CPM, CVR, add-to-cart rate, purchase rate).
Website & Conversion Optimisation
Identify bottlenecks in the customer journey--from ad click to checkout.
Suggest improvements for PDPs, collection pages, funnel structure, offer visibility, and landing page experience.
Work closely with Shopify team to align ads + landing pages.
Offer & Growth Experiments
Ideate and implement experiments (offer testing, bundles, seasonal campaigns, new angles, audience segmentation).
Plan and launch festive campaigns, new collection drops, and restock campaigns.
