1. Execute and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation and performance.
2. Research, strategize, and create ad copies that drive conversions.
3. Manage and grow client social media accounts with creative, trend-driven content.
4. Collaborate with design and creative teams for campaign execution.
5. Analyze campaign results and report performance insights regularly.
What We're Looking For
1. 2+ years of experience in Meta Ads & Social Media Marketing.
2. Strong understanding of targeting, ad optimization, and lead generation.
3. Experience using Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and analytics tools.
4. A proactive, creative, and data-driven mindset.
