Manage
end-to-end campaign cycles
-- from strategy and setup to monitoring, optimization, and performance reporting.
Conduct
keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis
to identify opportunities for better ROI.
Track and analyze campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) to ensure effective budget utilization and performance improvement.
Provide
detailed weekly and monthly performance reports
and actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
Coordinate directly with clients
to understand campaign objectives, gather feedback, and provide updates on performance.
Act as a communication bridge between the client and the technical team
to ensure smooth execution of deliverables, quick resolution of issues, and proper understanding of client requirements.
Monitor trends, competitors, and new advertising technologies to continuously enhance campaign results.
Execute
A/B testing and conversion optimization strategies
for campaign improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
.
2+ years of proven experience
in
Performance Marketing / Digital Advertising
.
Strong command over
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
and
Meta Ads Manager
.
Excellent
client communication, relationship management, and coordination skills
.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
