We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with proven expertise in PPC advertising to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The role focuses on driving qualified leads, improving ROI, and scaling performance through data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid platforms
Manage search, display, remarketing, and paid social campaigns
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing for ads and landing pages
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
Optimize bids, creatives, and funnels to maximize ROI
Analyze data using Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, and ad platform dashboards
Prepare performance reports and insights for management
Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad copies and creatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Strong hands-on experience in PPC and performance marketing
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and conversion tracking
Experience with lead generation and performance-driven campaigns
Analytical mindset with strong reporting and optimization skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in Real Estate / BFSI / E-commerce / IT services
Knowledge of CRO, landing page optimization, and funnels
