We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who understands ad strategy, ROI, and scaling brands through high-impact digital campaigns.

Role Details:

Position: Performance Marketing Executive Location: Indore (On-Site Only) Experience: Minimum 1 Year Salary: ?12000 - ?20000 (Based on experience) Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, run, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads Execute campaigns for lead generation and eCommerce conversions Analyze metrics and provide data-driven optimizations Collaborate with creative, design, and content teams Manage budgets and deliver high-ROI performance

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads Understanding of conversion funnels, targeting, and scaling Experience with eCommerce or D2C campaigns preferred Must be located in Indore and open to working full-time from office
