Conduct in-depth audience research to define target personas and develop effective targeting strategies.
Manage campaign budgets effectively, optimizing bids and allocation for maximum return on investment (ROI).
Create compelling ad copy and landing pages that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement through A/B testing and optimization techniques.
Generate insightful reports that clearly communicate campaign performance and ROI to stakeholders.
Stay up to date on the latest trends and innovations in the paid media landscape.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, sales) to ensure paid media efforts are aligned with overall marketing goals.
Qualifications:
1.5-2+ years of experience in paid media management or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
Proven track record of success in developing and executing paid advertising campaigns that achieve measurable results.
Strong understanding of paid media platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, META Ads, etc.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate campaign performance to stakeholders.
Excellent project management and organizational skills. A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay ahead of the curve.
