Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a

creative and detail-oriented Performance Marketer

with strong expertise in

Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

.

Plan, create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across

Meta Ads Manager

,

Google Ads

(Search, Display, YouTube), and other paid platforms such as

LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Quora, Reddit

, etc. Develop and execute

performance marketing strategies

aligned with business objectives, including

CAC, ROAS, CPL, CPA

, and revenue growth. Perform

daily monitoring, analysis, and A/B testing

of ad creatives, copy, targeting, audiences, landing pages, and CTAs. Collaborate closely with

design and content teams

to conceptualize and deliver high-performing ad creatives and messaging. Conduct

market and competitor research

to identify trends, audience insights, and new growth opportunities. Set up, manage, and optimize

sales funnels

, including

pixel implementation, UTM tagging, and event tracking

using tools such as

Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta Pixel

. Prepare

weekly and monthly performance reports

with clear insights, learnings, and actionable recommendations. Manage and allocate ad budgets efficiently with a strong focus on

ROAS, scalability, and customer lifetime value (LTV)

. Test and experiment with

new platforms, formats, and tools

to scale paid performance. Stay updated with

platform algorithm changes

, industry best practices, and performance marketing innovations.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
