Present and clearly explain ad strategies and execution plans to clients
2. Campaign Setup & Execution
Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across:
Google Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max
Meta Lead Generation, Conversion, Retargeting, and Scaling campaigns
Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy planning
Set up and validate conversion tracking, events, and pixels
3. Daily Monitoring & Optimization
Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis across all active clients
Optimize bids, budgets, keywords, audiences, and creatives
Identify performance gaps and apply data-driven optimizations
Ensure consistent performance and account hygiene
4. Reporting & Client Communication
Prepare and share:
Weekly performance updates
Monthly detailed performance reports with insights and next-step actions
Communicate campaign performance, results, and improvements clearly
Participate in client calls to explain strategy, performance, and future plans
5. Multi-Client Account Management
Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously in an agency setup
Prioritize tasks based on performance impact and deadlines
Maintain structured workflows and documentation for each client
6. Creative & AI Support
Use Canva for quick ad creatives and modifications when required
Basic working knowledge of AI image generation tools for creative ideation
Coordinate with designers for advanced or brand-led creatives
7. Landing Page & Team Collaboration
Work closely with design, development, and content teams
Share actionable inputs for the landing page and conversion rate optimization
Align ad messaging with landing page content and user intent
8. Intern & Junior Team Support (If Assigned)
Guide interns or junior team members on paid advertising tasks
Assign tasks such as research, monitoring, and reporting
Review work to ensure accuracy, quality, and performance alignment
9. Continuous Learning & Skill Upgrade
Stay updated with platform changes and feature updates in Google Ads and Meta Ads
Learn and apply new performance marketing strategies, automation, and AI-driven
optimizations
Quickly adapt to new tools, trends, and evolving client requirements
Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Strong understanding of performance metrics: CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR
Experience handling multiple client accounts
Clear and professional client communication skills
Basic to intermediate experience with Canva and AI-based creative tools
