Job Responsibilities:
Create and execute a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan.
Develop & manage digital prospecting & remarketing campaigns.
Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return
on investment and efficient CAC.
Implement A/B testing & conversion rate optimization.
Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via
paid, organic & own media channels
Work closely with management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas,
feedback & present results.
Collaborate with the rest of our team (creative & content) to optimize programs,
campaigns, and landing pages.
Requirements:
>2 years of prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building
effective multi-channel marketing strategies.
Expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google
Analytics experience.
Knowledge of analytics & SEO tools.
Strong ability to synthesize complex concepts into easily understandable
strategies.
Proficient in using both Google and Meta platforms.
Should have experience managing a monthly paid media budget of INR 3 to 5
Crore.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
