Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution:
Assist in setting up and managing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads (Search & Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Optimization:
Monitor daily performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS) and make data-backed adjustments to improve results.
Keyword & Audience Research:
Perform keyword research for SEM and identify high-performing target audiences for social media ads.
A/B Testing:
Collaborate with the creative team to test different ad copies, headlines, and visuals to identify the most effective combinations.
Reporting:
Prepare weekly performance reports using Google Analytics and Excel/Google Sheets to track progress against KPIs.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
1+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Media.
Platform Knowledge:
Basic to intermediate understanding of
Google Ads Manager
and
Meta Business Suite
.
Analytical Mindset:
Comfortable working with numbers and extracting insights from data.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in
MS Excel
(VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and
Google Analytics
.
Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills for ad copywriting and internal reporting.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Certifications in Google/Meta Ads are a plus).
