Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other paid channels.
Drive qualified leads and conversions with a strong focus on CPL, CAC, ROAS, and overall ROI.
Manage end-to-end paid campaigns including search, display, video, remarketing, and social ads.
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other tracking platforms.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, ad copies, and audiences to improve performance.
Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align marketing objectives with business goals.
Manage budgets efficiently and ensure optimal utilization of marketing spends.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and present insights to stakeholders.
Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
Key Skills Required:
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
Excellent understanding of funnel-based marketing and lead generation
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Experience in real estate or high-ticket lead generation (preferred)
Knowledge of CRM integration, tracking pixels, GTM, and conversion tracking
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
