Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize performance digital marketing campaigns across

Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms

Manage budgets effectively to achieve

maximum ROI

Conduct in-depth

keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing

for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting Monitor and analyze

campaign performance metrics

(CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.), making real-time adjustments to enhance results Stay updated on

industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices

to improve campaign performance Collaborate with the

creative team

to develop compelling ad copies and visuals Generate

performance reports and insights

, providing recommendations for continuous optimization

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in

performance marketing or paid media advertising

Hands-on expertise in

Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic advertising

Strong analytical skills and experience using

Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and data visualization tools

Proficiency in

budgeting, bid strategies, and audience targeting

Experience in e-commerce, lead generation, or B2B digital marketing campaigns is a plus Knowledge of

SEO, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)

is an advantage Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving trends
