We're looking for a

Performance Marketing Executive

who can take ownership of digital growth, lead campaigns, and drive measurable results across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across

Google Ads

,

Facebook

, and

Instagram

Set up and manage tracking systems using

Google Tag Manager

,

Facebook Pixel

, and

Google Analytics

Execute

email and WhatsApp marketing

campaigns via tools like

Mailchimp, AiSensy, or Watee

Build, test, and optimize

landing pages

for conversions (optional but preferred)*
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating data-driven insights and reports using

Power BI

or similar tools Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign goals align with business objectives

Required Skills & Experience

2-3 years of proven experience in

Performance Marketing

or

Digital Marketing

Hands-on expertise in

Google Ads

,

Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

, and

remarketing strategies

Strong grasp of

analytics, conversion tracking, and ROI optimization

Working knowledge of

email marketing tools

and

marketing automation

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to

plan, manage, and optimize campaigns independently

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred)
