Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and execute paid ad campaigns on
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
and
Facebook Ads (Meta Business Suite, IG)
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and conversion optimization
Monitor campaign performance daily and make real-time adjustments to improve ROI
Analyze and report on key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, Conversion Rate, etc.)
Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
Stay up-to-date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices
Manage and allocate budgets effectively across platforms
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in running and optimizing paid media campaigns on Google and Facebook
Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion funnels, and attribution
Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Tag Manager
Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, or similar is a plus
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint is a plus
Nice to Have:
Experience with retargeting, lookalike audiences, and custom conversions
Familiarity with landing page optimization (e.g., Unbounce, Webflow)
Knowledge of e-commerce or lead-gen marketing
