Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize for CPL, ROAS, CPA, and other key KPIs.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments.
Monitor and manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Develop audience targeting strategies using interest-based, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
Generate detailed reports and insights on campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, algorithms, and best practices in digital advertising.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in performance marketing/digital advertising.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking implementations.
Expertise in bid management, keyword research, and conversion tracking.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
Experience in e-commerce, lead generation, or B2B marketing campaigns.
