With its own Android TV device, it is making digital entertainment more accessible and convenient for households across India.

Key Responsibilities



Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on

Google Ads (AdWords), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other paid platforms

. Calculate and monitor

CPC, CPP, CPA, CTR, and ROAS

to ensure campaigns are cost-efficient and result-oriented. Manage ad budgets effectively with clear focus on ROI. Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, targeting, and landing pages to maximize performance. Use

Google Ads (AdWords)

and analytics tools (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Firebase, etc.) to track, analyze, and report campaign performance. Identify new channels, audience segments, and innovative growth strategies. Collaborate with creative, product, and content teams to align campaigns with business objectives. Stay up to date with the latest trends and updates in performance marketing, ad platforms, and industry benchmarks.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Reduction in

CPC/CPA

while maintaining high-quality conversions. Increase in

CTR (Click-through Rate)

and overall engagement. Growth in

app installs, subscriptions, and retention rates

. Achievement of defined

ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

targets. Timely and accurate reporting of campaign insights and recommendations.

Requirements



Minimum 3 years of proven experience in performance/digital marketing. Strong expertise in

Google Ads (AdWords)

, Meta Ads Manager, and YouTube Ads. Hands-on experience with tracking and attribution tools (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Firebase, Adjust, etc.). Solid understanding of performance metrics (CPC, CPP, CPA, CTR, ROAS). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
