We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be analytical, data-oriented, and skilled in using performance marketing to drive measurable growth in leads, conversions, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Amazon, Flipkart
Share weekly reports and suggest improvements in ad creatives/offers.
Monitor campaign performance daily to ensure optimal ROI and cost efficiency.
Analyze performance data and prepare detailed reports to inform strategy adjustments.
Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
Strong knowledge of PPC, SEM, social media ads, and remarketing techniques.
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).
Excellent data interpretation and reporting skills.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
