Performance Marketing Executive

to drive high-impact campaigns and digital growth across multiple platforms.

What You'll Be Doing:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across

Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and C Ads

Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using tools like

Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Power BI

Set up and manage

Facebook Pixels

, landing pages, and

conversion funnels

Execute and manage

email campaigns

(Mailchimp) and

WhatsApp marketing

using platforms like

AiSensy

and

Watee

Own and execute both

on-page and off-page SEO

strategies Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign strategies with business goals Drive real-time performance improvements that directly impact business dashboards and KPIs

Who We're Looking For:

1-3 years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing Strong understanding of PPC platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) Proficiency in performance tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI Working knowledge of SEO best practices Experience with email/WhatsApp marketing tools is a plus Self-motivated, analytical, and results-driven professional Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
