Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram.
Monitor campaign performance daily and implement improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to produce compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and ad placements to determine the most effective approach.
Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking solutions to measure campaign success and user behavior.
Analyze customer journeys and conversion funnels to optimize the digital marketing mix.
Manage performance marketing budgets and ensure campaigns stay within budget while meeting performance goals.
Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in performance or digital marketing roles.
Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics,search console).
Knowledge of SEO, CRM tools, and email marketing is a plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
