What You'll Do - Key Responsibilities

As a

Performance Marketing Executive

, you'll be in the driver's seat for generating quality leads and optimizing campaign performance across digital platforms:

Run & optimize campaigns on

Google Ads

and

Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

Analyze performance using

Google Analytics

,

Google Tag Manager

, and

Microsoft Clarity

Set up & manage

Facebook Pixel

,

retargeting

, and

sales funnels

Drive

email marketing

campaigns using

Mailchimp

Execute

WhatsApp marketing

using tools like

AiSensy

or

Watee

Implement

on-page and off-page SEO

strategies
Build and manage

custom landing pages

for conversions
Generate actionable insights using

Power BI

or similar tools

Who You Are - Requirements

We're looking for someone who's not just skilled, but

strategic, analytical, and results-driven

:

2-3 years of hands-on experience in

performance/digital marketing

Strong understanding of

audience targeting

and

conversion optimization

Proficient in

Google Ads

,

Meta Ads

,

Analytics

, and marketing automation tools
Knowledge of

SEO

,

email

, and

WhatsApp marketing

Ability to work

independently

and manage campaigns end-to-end

Education

Graduate in any discipline (Marketing or related field preferred)
