Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Executive to develop and manage campaigns, analyze performance data, and optimize strategies to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, data-driven, and eager to stay updated with industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

-Campaign Management:
-Create and execute paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
-Develop engaging ad creatives and copy to improve campaign performance.
-Conduct A/B testing to optimize results and maximize ROI.
-Data Analysis and Reporting:
-Track key performance indicators (KPIs) using analytics tools.
-Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
-Use data to refine audience targeting and campaign strategies.

Budget Optimization:

-Manage and allocate budgets effectively to meet campaign goals.
-Monitor and adjust spending to ensure cost-efficiency.

Collaboration:

-Work closely with designers, content creators, and social media managers.
-Align campaigns with overall marketing goals and initiatives.

Industry Knowledge:

Stay updated on emerging trends, platform updates, and new marketing technologies.

Requirements:
-Experience in performance or digital marketing.
-Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
