platforms, with a strong focus on ROI and performance optimization. You will be responsible for executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns that support business growth and client goals.
Experience Required:
1-3 Years (Minimum 1 year hands-on with Google Ads and Meta Ads)
Key Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
and
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to improve campaign performance
Monitor daily budgets, impression share, CTR, conversions, and ROI across all channels
Implement A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies
Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights
Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates in PPC advertising
Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop creative assets
Ensure campaigns align with business objectives and client goals.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of hands-on experience
with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Strong knowledge of
Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite
, and related tools
Understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred)
Analytical mindset with proficiency in
Google Analytics
, Excel, and reporting tools
Excellent communication and time management skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with retargeting, lookalike audiences, and advanced bidding strategies
Knowledge of tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
Agency experience or managing multiple client accounts is a plus.
