About the Role:
As a
Performance Marketing Executive
, you will be responsible for planning, executing, optimising and reporting on paid campaigns across digital platforms. You'll work closely with creative teams, strategists and account managers to translate campaign goals into high-performing ads -- all while keeping performance data front and centre.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management:
? Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram),
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn, and other relevant channels for various clients.
? Ensure campaigns are aligned with broader brand and marketing goals for each client.
? Manage budgets across platforms, maximising ROI and maintaining CPA/ROAS goals.
1. Performance Analysis & Optimisation:
? Track and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, platform dashboards, and internal tools.
? Continuously test and optimize creatives, copies, targeting, and bid strategies.
? Generate insightful performance reports with actionable next steps.
2. Collaboration & Strategy:
? Work closely with content, creative, and branding teams to develop compelling ad creatives and copies.
? Collaborate with account managers and strategists to build full-funnel performance marketing plans tailored to client objectives.
3. Keyword & Audience Research:
? Conduct in-depth keyword research for SEM campaigns.
? Define and refine target audience segments for better ad targeting and relevance.
4. A/B Testing & Innovation:
? Run structured A/B tests across platforms to improve CTR, conversion rates, and overall
campaign performance.
? Stay up-to-date with platform changes and emerging digital marketing trends
Required Skills & Qualifications:
? Hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid media.
? Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Google Analytics (GA4
preferred).
? Solid understanding of conversion tracking, pixel setup, UTM parameters and basic funnel tracking.
? Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for budget planning and reporting.
? Working knowledge of SEO and organic content strategy.
? Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint.
? A data-first mindset with creative instincts.
Qualification:
? A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (essential)
? A postgraduate degree or diploma in Digital Marketing or Marketing Analytics (preferred but not mandatory)
