We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven
Performance Marketing Executive
to join our growing D2C brand. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital performance campaigns across paid media platforms to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Execute performance marketing campaigns across channels like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube), and others (e.g., Amazon Ads, Pinterest, TikTok).
Set up ad creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and budgets.
Analytics & Optimization:
Monitor daily campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
A/B test creatives, copies, and landing pages.
Reporting & Insights:
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
Track KPIs and present key findings to internal stakeholders.
Collaboration:
Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to align marketing messaging with brand goals.
Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers if applicable.
Tools & Platforms:
Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, and other martech platforms.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a D2C/eCommerce setup.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or other paid media platforms.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets, GA4, and attribution models.
Understanding of customer funnels, CAC, LTV, and eCommerce KPIs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Bonus: Experience with influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or marketing automation.
