Performance Marketing Executive

to manage and execute paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and more. If you thrive on analyzing data, improving ROAS, and scaling ad performance, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms. Develop strategies to drive

lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth

for eCommerce and brand campaigns. Conduct in-depth

keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing

to improve campaign efficiency. Monitor

CPC, CTR, ROAS, and CPA

to optimize ad spend and maximize performance. Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, ad platform updates, and best practices. Generate

weekly and monthly performance reports

, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience

in performance marketing, specifically in running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Strong understanding of

Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking

. Experience with

eCommerce and lead generation campaigns

is a plus. Proficiency in

Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and performance tracking tools

. Analytical mindset with a focus on

ROI and data-driven decision-making

. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
