. We are expanding our digital marketing team and looking for a sharp, results-driven

Performance Marketing Executive

to manage and scale our paid campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and execute performance-driven ad campaigns on

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

and

Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

. Monitor and optimize campaigns for

lead generation, ROAS, and cost efficiency

. Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis. Write and test ad copies, creatives, and A/B variations to improve

CTR & conversions

. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using

Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tracking tools

. Manage daily budgets, bid strategies, and targeting to maximize

ROI

. Stay updated with

latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices

in performance marketing. Collaborate with creative and sales teams to align ads with business goals.

Requirements

Proven experience in running and scaling

Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns

. Strong understanding of

CPC, CPM, CTR, Conversion Rate, CPA, ROAS

. Hands-on experience with

Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Pixel setup

. Ability to create engaging ad copies & visuals (

basic Canva knowledge a plus

). Strong analytical skills & ability to make data-driven decisions.

2-3 years of experience

in performance marketing / lead generation campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in

retail / jewellery / luxury / e-commerce industry

. Google Ads or Meta Ads Certification. Knowledge of

remarketing & automation strategies

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
