Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Performance Marketing candidate to join our Performance Marketing team. You will contribute to planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across digital channels to drive traffic, leads, and conversions while ensuring alignment with client objectives and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution:
Assist in creating, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid channels.
Performance Analysis:
Track and analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
Client Support:
Assist in presenting campaign strategies, performance reports, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Collaboration:
Work closely with Content, Design, and Web Development teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand messaging and objectives.
Trend Awareness:
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices; contribute innovative ideas for campaigns.
Professionalism & Ownership:
Ensure campaigns meet deadlines, budgets, and KPIs; take responsibility for assigned projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree/Certification in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
1-5+ years of experience in a digital marketing or agency environment.
Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills, good communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities.
