We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who specializes in managing Amazon Ads and quick commerce platforms like Blinkit and Zepto. while also having hands-on experience in Google and Facebook Ads. The ideal candidate should be able to plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns to maximize ROI, drive sales, and improve customer acquisition. The role requires a strong analytical mindset to monitor performance metrics and make data-driven improvements.

Track and analyze
performance metrics
(ACOS, CTR, CPC, ROAS) to drive continuous improvements.
Set up and manage
promotions, deals, and A/B testing
for ad creatives and landing pages.
Use data insights to
improve customer acquisition, retention, and profitability

Google & Facebook Ads
- Plan, execute, and optimize
Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Facebook Ads (Meta)

Collaborate with
sales, supply chain, and creative teams
to align advertising strategies with overall business goals.
Continuously explore new
ad formats, bidding strategies, and marketing channels
for better performance.
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration
, or a related field.
Proven experience in handling
Amazon Ads
, with expertise in
SP, SB, and SD campaigns
.
Familiarity with managing ads or promotions on quick commerce platforms like
Blinkit and Zepto
.
Hands-on experience in
Google and Facebook Ads
with knowledge of campaign optimization.
Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like
Google Analytics, Amazon Advertising Console, and Meta Business Manager

Ability to interpret data and implement actionable strategies.
